Benjamin Poilvé from France is an electronic engineer with a passion for music and art. His open-source music synthesizer, Minichord, creatively combines open-source technology with music production and has become widely popular among the tech community and music producers.
Attending Maker Faire Shenzhen in China for the first time, he was delighted to see Minichord receiving so much love from children. He also mentioned that many Minichord users have already started utilizing AI to write code and develop new features for it. Benjamin firmly believes that musical instruments of the future will greatly benefit from AI technology.
Regarding the birth of Minichord, he believes that without the technical capabilities, warehousing and logistics, and market influence of Seeed Studio as support, he would not have been able to bring Minichord to market on his own.
